DNA contains genetic information or instructions. In a healthy organism, the DNA gets "turned on" and expressed. The design of the DNA will manifest unless there is a mutation or disease which suppresses the accurate expression of the DNA. But many believe that the Holy Spirit is restoring what Jesus envisions throughout the world today.
